Default quick messages that you can send by clicking 1 or 2 buttons are preprogrammed into the system and are immediately available when you open your new account. Quick messages are automatically included into all new events.

Different sets of quick messages show in the interpreter, the technical moderator, and the client consoles.

This is an example from the interpreter console

You can use the default messages or customize the messages as follows:

-account owners can go into the “quick messages” tab in their account and: add new messages, delete existing messages, modify existing messages.

In your account you will see the list of existing messages.

You can configure messages to show:
    -as a separate button
-as part of a particular group for example in “to Boothmates” group

You can also optionally select a chime that will accompany your message for critically important messages.

Important: after you have added or modified a message it will only show in newly created events, not in existing events.

    Adding a new message:

Click “+ Quick Message” to get to the New Message screen

You can optionally add a chime, configure the messages as a separate button, send a copy of it to the technical moderators.

You can sort the messages in the same group by modifying the number at the bottom of the new message screen. Lower number is going to be higher on the list.

You can delete any messages and buttons in Quick Messages that you do not need.

Interpreter console users can hide quick messages completely with the toggle button in the top right hand corner of the console.
