This may be related to default settings in the Chrome browser.
If this happens, do the following:
-click 3 dots in the Chrome browser and go to “settings”
-Go to “privacy and security
-In “site settings” make sure that our platform is permitted to use the camera and the microphone and that they are selected correctly in the top drop-down menu.
-When you make those changes and refresh the browser the audio and video devices should show.
