The lists of interpreters, technicians, and clients is updated dynamically as they enter the event and leave. It is important for the technician to know who exactly is connected to the event at any moment in time.
However, each participant who enters the event is logged in the chat.
If for security you want to audit who entered the event you can go through the chats in all 3 consoles.
