Yes. By default video, audio and chat are enabled. You can uncheck those boxes [if you an account administrator] when you set up your event in any combination you like.
For example, you can have an event with video only and audio and chat will be disabled.
Or you can have an event where chat and video are enabled, but audio is disabled.
Quick messages are not a security concern and are always enabled.
In the most secure configuration you can disable everything except quick messages. It will still allow interpreters and Technicians to communicate through quick messages only however they can only send preprogrammed messages.
To disable audio, video, or chat for a particular event when you’re setting it up, uncheck the appropriate checkboxes.
Mote 1: interpreters have the ability to enable or disable their own audio and video with a toggle switch in the console. It is a different function from enabling or disabling audio and video by the administrator when the event is being set up.
Note 2: if you enter a console with disabled audio or video or chat, you will get an appropriate message to notify you about it.
