    To avoid multiple identical messages, agree in advance who is going to send messages to the client in the chat. Ideally it should be the technician if the technician is present in the meeting. Otherwise, it can be the Chief Interpreter working in the interpreter or technician console. The chief interpreter may have both the interpreter console and the technician console open at the same time.
