The “Cough Cut” button temporarily mutes your microphone. it is a push to talk button which means that you need to press and hold it for it to engage. Remember that you will be muted only when the button turns solid red.
Also keep in mind that because ICP is an online system, the button does not turn your microphone immediately. It will turn off only when the cough cut button is solid red.
