Quick messages [buttons that allow you to preprogram messages and send them quickly] are a very flexible and useful feature.
The default buttons are loaded when you create your account. As an account owner you will be able to customize the buttons as you like.
You can delete or add buttons in any combination, for example:
Add or delete buttons to a group [to boothmates, to technical moderators, to clients etc.]
Create a standalone button on the screen to send a common message instantly.
Play a chime for critically important messages.
Go to “Quick Messages” menu in your account to set the quick messages as you like.
