Report all issues in live events to the technician if any.
if you want to report an issue of suggest a to InterStar ICP, you can always:
– use the “report issue” button in the top right-hand corner of your console during a live event or
-if you are logged in as an administrator, click the icon of a person in the top right-hand corner and then click “report issue”
– post a question in this forum
– you’re also welcome to contact us by email.
Please note that reporting an issue to InterStar ICP does not mean immediate assistance by InterStar ICP. We will review the issue and get back to you as soon as possible if you provided your email.
For immediate life support during live events contact your technician in the event [if any] or the chief interpreter.
