In order to delete all chat sessions from your account for past events you need to generate a new encryption key.
Your encryption key is used to encrypt chat sessions in your account. The same key is used for all events.
By generating a new key you will replace the existing key and delete all past chat sessions.-click the icon of a person in the top right-hand corner
-go to “account”
-click “generate new encryption key”
