how to delete quick messages

if you do not need a quick message any longer, go to the “quick messages” in the main menu, select the messages you want to delete [you can use the filter to find it], and click “delete” in the “actions” column on the right. After that you will need to confirm deletion by clicking the checkbox.

Please note the deleted messages cannot be restored, and if you need them the have to be re-created manually by you.
