All our system emails come from InterStar ICP and the email address is no-reply@rsi-now.com
Unfortunately email deliverability is completely outside of our control.
What you can try to do is to:
-check your spam folder
– whitelist no-reply@rsi-now.com in your email software or with your email provider
-try to open an account with a new email address or contact us to change your email address in your account
-contact us for a temporary password
