If you have just connected to the console but cannot hear you boothmate:
– please make sure that the device selected in “listen through” in the interpreter console is the same as the default speaker on your computer.
-if necessary change the default speak on your computer to your headset
– make sure that the button to mute boothmates [boothmates muted/unmuted] is not blue and shows “boothmates unmuted”.
– make sure that you have sufficient volume
-make sure that your headset is connected correctly.
