I’m trying to join but it says the event is “locked”

This means that somebody who’s already in the event [a technician or an interpreter] clicked the “padlock” button and prevented any access to the event for security.

Please contact the event technician or organizer to let you in.

For the account administrator/owner: if everybody has lett the event when the event is locked, you can still unlock the event by logging into your account, opening “edit” event and unchecking “event is locked”.

The technician can unlock the event if all interpreters have left but the technician stayed in the technician console.
