Depending on your hardware, your computer may not allow you to use the same physical webcamera in 2 applications at the same time.
For example, if you’re already using your web camera in Zoom and select the same camera in InterStar ICP, you may receive a message “the camera you selected is not available. Select a different camera”
Your microphone button may also lock and become an clickable. It is expected.
You can:
1] select a different physical camera for InterStar ICP [if you have it available]
2] turn the camera off in another application and connected to InterStar ICP
3] use camera splitter software for example SplitCam webcam software.
4] turn video off in InterStar ICP by clicking “Enable my video” toggle switch in the top right-hand corner of the console
After that your microphone in InterStar ICP will be unblocked.
