My boothmate audio is at maximum but it is still too soft.

You can increase the volume of your boothmates temporarily. In order to do that go to “Configure limiter” in the interpreter or the technician console and increase “Postgain” in small steps. You can also save it as a permanent setting on the same screen. Refresh your console after changing these settings.
