If you use one device, it may not allow you to use the same camera in your main RSI event and in ICP. In that case you may want to use 2 cameras.
In Windows and Mac generally the same microphone can be used in different pieces of software, however it is very hardware specific and if you experience issues [for example you cannot mute and unmute your microphone independently in your main RSI event and in ICP], you can use 2 microphones.
We recommend Rode NT USB Mini on the microphone arm located not more than 10 inches from your mouth. In our tests the same microphone was successfully muted and unmuted in Zoom and in
ICP in the Chrome browser completely independently.
