You can find a particular quick message by its keyword or content.
-go to the “quick messages” menu in your account. The list of quick messages will be displayed.
-on the right side of the page enter your search word/keyword in the “filter” field
-the search results will be displayed automatically
-to go to the full list, delete the search word from the field
