    Currently due to system limitations the system sometimes does not correctly register users if they drop off by closing the browser instead of clicking “exit console” button.

    In some cases it may result in the message saying that the maximum number of interpreters per booth has been reached.

    In that case use a different booth or create a new event.

    We have implemented a temporary fix but it may not work all the time. We are working on the resolution.

    If you experience that problem consistently, write an email to us and we will troubleshoot.
