Toggle buttons to hide features

There is a series of toggle buttons in the top right-hand corner of the console to:
-turn off/on your audio instead of turning off or unplugging your microphone
-turning off/on your video instead of turning off your camera or unplugging it
-hiding/showing settings not to clutter the screen
-hiding/showing quick messages if you do not use them or not to clutter the screen.

These toggle buttons can be used in any combination is necessary.
