    You can have one account administrator [yourself] and 2 additional free users who can schedule events on your account. After that number has been reached you either need to delete and replace the users or ask us if it may be possible to add more users on your account.

    When you have reached your user allocation you will get this message “Unable to add additional accounts, maximum number has been reached” when you try to add a new user.

    Note: your total number of users includes inactive users. An inactive user cannot access the system but is not deleted from the system.

    To see inactive users click “show inactive” in the top right-hand corner over the “Users” screen.

    You can always delete an inactive user and replace the inactive user of with the active user to stay inside your allocation.
