If the Internet connection quality drops, the video from your boothmates may freeze in the interpreter console. It is done by design because we “sacrifice” video to make sure that audio quality is maintained.
The video will come back when the Internet connection quota restores.
The system is designed in such a way that audio quality has the highest priority.
