Your first “line of defense” is to click the “Refresh” button in the top right-hand corner of your console.
If that didn’t help, you can report an issue to the technician in chat if you have a technician in the event.
You can also report an issue to InterStar ICP by clicking the “report issue” button in the top right-hand corner, however, remember that it does not mean that InterStar ICP will be able to provide immediate technical support.
