Currently the client console has text chat function only. Its’ functions will be expanded and improved in future.
The client console is a separate screen that allows receivers of simultaneous interpretation online to get in touch with the interpretation team and the technicians and report issues.
Interpreters and technicians can also quickly report to clients by text messages or use quick buttons if they have any issues for example if they cannot hear the speaker.
It may be a faster way to do it than in the main event, and it will not distract other participants.
We are constantly working on improving the client console and will be adding new functionality. Any suggestions are most welcome!
