    RSI Technicians:

    – join the event with a dedicated link [different from the interpreter link]

    -Are able to see who is online [interpreters and clients]

    -Can see if an interpreter microphone is turned on or off

    -Can see what audio device a particular interpreter is using which may be important for troubleshooting

    -Can send quick messages to interpreters and clients as necessary in case of standard contingencies or situations

    -Can use the chat with interpreters and clients and other technicians as necessary

    We are constantly updating our system and will be adding new functions for the technicians for example, ability to talk to a particular booth, or to all interpreters. Suggestions are most welcome!
