    For consistency we use 24 hour format, not a.m./p.m.

    For example:
    03:00 is 3 AM
    09:00 is 9 AM
    13:00 is 1 PM
    17:00 is 5 PM

    Later we plan to introduce a.m./p.m. as an option.
