resetting password for your user

You can reset a password for user in your account manually. In order to do it, go to “users” menu on the left, find the user whose password you want to reset and click “reset password” in the “actions” column on the right. The user will receive a reset password email to the email on file.

Note that users can always reset their own passwords by using the “forgot password” in RSI-now.com
