It is when you want the interpreters to join InterStar ICP and the main RSI event as opposed to when the event starts. Minimum of 30 minutes is recommended for RSI events. That time should be used to set up the systems and configure interpreters and test their audio as well as for testing participant audio.
If your client wants additional dedicated time before the beginning of the meeting, interpreters should join even earlier.
