Screenshots are blurry

Sharing screenshots may be a quick way to handle information, but sometimes screenshots come out blurry on the other end. That could be because of the display scaling. Try to reset your display scaling to 100% as follows [Windows]:

1)
-Open the “Settings” app.
-Go to “System” > “Display”.
-Select the display.

OR right click your desktop and select “Display settings”

2)In the “Scale and Layout” section, set the value of the drop-down list to 100%.

OR alternatively, click “Custom Scaling” and set the scaling of all displays to 100%.
