    It is always recommended to have a dry run before the event on a separate day. If a dry run is well run, it should not take more than 30 minutes to test audio quality from participants and interpreters.

    it is not recommended to join 15 minutes before the actual event to test audio and video. You will not have enough time to resolve issues.

    When an event is created in InterStar ICP, it is available to the entire interpretation team immediately. There is no need to “launch” or “start” the event, the ICP link is active and available immediately.

    That is why it would make sense for you when you receive the ICP link to test it immediately in your Chrome browser to make sure that all works for you and maybe even coordinate with the rest of the interpretation team or you boothmates only when you can all join ICP and rehearse.
