When you use our platform for the 1st time, your Chrome browser will ask for access to your camera and microphone. You must give it otherwise you will not be able to use our platform.
If you have not given that access, or accidentally clicked the “deny” instead of “allow” button, here are the troubleshooting steps

You should permit RSI-now.com access to your camera and microphone.
