    There are different categories of quick messages for example “from interpreter to the booth”, or “from technician to the entire interpretation team”.

    The account administrator is able to see all quick messages configured for an account.

    Go to “quick messages” page in your account and filter the quick messages depending on who they’re coming from and who they’re going to.

    For example, if you want to see all configured quick messages from the interpreter to the booth, select “Interpreter” in the left drop-down menu and “Booth” in the right drop-down menu.

    To reset your search or see all messages again click the counterclockwise round arrow.

    You can also search for quick messages by keyword by using “filter” on the right side of the page.
