My RSI platformvolume is significantly higher than ICP volume

You may have a situation when your RSI event [for example on Zoom] volume is significantly higher than your boothmate volume in InterStar ICP.

Assuming that you are using the same headset, this can be fixed by using the mixer in Windows as follows:
-right-click the icon of a speaker in the bottom right-hand corner of Windows
– click “Open volume mixer”
– in the mix of window select the device that you’re listening through [your headset] on the left in the drop-down menu
– to the right you will see your RSI event volume control [for example Zoom or WebEx] and separately your Chrome browser volume control where you will control the boothmate audio.
-Reduce your RSI event volume as necessary
