It can happen for several reasons:
1] you need to be on Ethernet not on Wi-Fi.
2] sometimes of the system adapts to the new settings and it takes between 10 and 15 seconds for the sound to stabilize.
3] it may be a bug in the system that we have not yet fished out. If it happens consistently, please report it to us and we will run additional tests.
The first remedy would be to click the “Refresh” button in the top right-hand corner if the problem does not disappear within 20 seconds.
